Step 01: Strip & Untwist
Precision removal of the PVC outer jacket using a radial stripper. Extreme care is taken not to nick the internal copper strands before fully untwisting the four pairs to the base.
Step 02: Straighten & Order
Individual strands are vigorously straightened using fingers or a tool shaft. This ensures wires stay in their specific channels during insertion. Arranged in 568B order.
Step 03: The Precision Cut
Once perfectly ordered, trim wires in a straight line using flush cutters. Leaving exactly 1.5cm ensures the jacket enters the connector for proper strain relief.
Step 06: Validation Passed
Connecting both ends to the network tester. Verification of 1-to-1 continuity on all 8 pins confirms a 1 Gbps production-ready termination.
